Process

   Email confirmation

   Our team will initiate an email confirmation.

   Final approval

   We proceed with the request upon your final approval.

Fees

• Airlines Fee: Cancellation fees are determined by the airline and are subject to change without notice.
• Standard Service Charge: Fly Oval Ltd applies a service charge of BDT 300 for international flights and BDT 0 for domestic flights.
• Convenience Fee: The convenience fee charged by the payment service provider at the time of booking is non-refundable.

Refund Timelines

• Domestic Flights: Refunds (if applicable) reflect in your account within 3 to 7 working days after successful cancellation, depending on your bank.
• International Flights: The process may take up to 3 weeks to reflect in your account, depending on both the airline and your banking institution.

Substitution

Package transfers to another person are generally not permitted once the visa process has begun.

Land Arrangements

Refunds for hotels, sightseeing tours, and transfers depend on the individual supplier’s policy.

Standard Cancellation Tiers

• 30+ Days Before Departure

  Full refund minus administrative fees and non-refundable deposits.

• 15–29 Days Before Departure

  50% of the total package cost may be forfeited.

• Less than 15 Days Before Departure

  100% of the total package cost is typically non-refundable.

Custom/Group Tours

Special terms may apply to group bookings or customized itineraries, which will be specified at the time of booking.

Travel Insurance

Once the policy is issued, the premium is generally non-refundable unless the trip is cancelled by the provider.

Rail/Bus Tickets

Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective transport operator and our standard service charge.
