Payment Terms & Conditions
Effective date: 20 October 2026
How Flyoval payments work
Wallet top-ups can be completed through Instant Payment (card / SSLCommerz), Mobile Banking Instant (bKash, Nagad), Mobile Banking QR/Manual, Bank Deposit, Cash Deposit, or Bangla QR where enabled. Each rail has its own minimum amount, charge rate, and settlement timeline.
01Scope & acceptance
This policy applies to all B2B and partner wallet funding on Flyoval, including:
- Instant Payment via SSLCommerz (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, NexusPay and other methods offered by the gateway).
- Mobile Banking Instant — bKash Tokenized Checkout and Nagad DFS Checkout.
- Mobile Banking QR / Manual merchant deposits.
- Bank Deposit / Transfer and Cash Deposit requests submitted for Admin verification.
- Any other published payment rail shown in the Payment workspace.
02Minimum & maximum amounts
Amount limits protect both agencies and payment partners. Limits shown on each payment screen are binding at the time of payment.
- Instant Payment (SSLCommerz): minimum BDT 10 per transaction.
- bKash Instant and Nagad Instant: minimum BDT 100 per top-up.
- Bangla QR and most wallet rails: minimum BDT 100 unless a screen states otherwise.
- Single top-up maximum is typically BDT 500,000 unless Admin or the gateway applies a lower cap.
- Bank and cash deposits follow the amount you declare on the request form and may be subject to additional verification.
03Gateway charges & fees
Where a payment rail shows a charge percentage, the charge is calculated on the deposit amount and added to the total you pay the gateway. The wallet is credited with the deposit amount after successful confirmation (not the gross amount including charge, unless a screen explicitly says otherwise).
- Instant Payment (SSLCommerz) currently applies a gateway charge of 0.5% on the deposit amount. The Payment amount panel always shows Deposit, Charge (% and BDT), and Total.
- bKash Instant and Nagad Instant may apply a published payment charge rate configured for your agency. Zero means no gateway charge on that rail.
- Bank Deposit and Cash Deposit are generally marked “No charge” on Flyoval; your bank or branch may still levy their own fees.
- Gateway, MFS, or bank fees charged by third parties are non-refundable once the payment has succeeded at the provider.
04Instant rails (card, bKash, Nagad)
Instant rails redirect you to a licensed payment partner to complete authentication (PIN, OTP, 3-D Secure, or similar).
- You must complete payment only on the official gateway page opened from Flyoval. Never share OTP, PIN, or card details with Flyoval staff.
- A successful gateway response credits the wallet automatically. Failed, cancelled, or abandoned checkouts do not credit the wallet.
- Duplicate clicks on Pay Now may create multiple pending intents; only successful settlements are credited.
- Saved bKash agreements (Tokenized Checkout) allow PIN-only payment after you link an account. You remain responsible for devices and sessions used to authorize those payments.
05Bank, cash & QR / manual deposits
Manual rails require accurate submission and may need Admin Finance verification before credit.
- Provide a clear deposit slip, transaction ID, sender details, and the exact amount transferred.
- Credit is applied only after Flyoval verifies the funds against our published bank or MFS merchant accounts.
- Incorrect amount, wrong account, or unclear proof may delay or reject the request.
- Do not treat a submitted request as credited until the Payment History / Ledger shows a successful status.
06Settlement, ledger & disputes
The Account ledger and Payment history are the system of record for wallet balances and top-up status.
- Instant successful payments usually appear within minutes; bank or cash verification may take longer on business days.
- If funds were deducted by bKash, Nagad, or your card issuer but the wallet was not credited, keep the gateway reference and contact Flyoval Support promptly.
- Disputes are investigated with the payment partner’s records. Flyoval credits only when settlement is confirmed.
07Refunds of wallet top-ups
Wallet top-ups are generally non-refundable once credited, except where required by law or where Flyoval confirms a clear system or settlement error.
- Unused wallet balance may be used for eligible Flyoval bookings and services under your agency agreement.
- Chargebacks or MFS disputes raised with your bank or wallet provider may reverse a credit and freeze related bookings until resolved.
- Service booking refunds follow the separate Refund Policy and supplier rules — they are not the same as reversing a top-up.
08Compliance & prohibited use
- Use Flyoval payments only for legitimate travel and agency business funding.
- You must not use stolen instruments, third-party accounts without authority, or structured deposits to evade AML / KYC controls.
- Flyoval may suspend payment rails or wallet access where fraud, abuse, or regulatory risk is suspected.
- Third-party gateways (SSLCommerz, bKash, Nagad, banks) apply their own terms in addition to this policy.

Questions before you pay?
If a charge, minimum, or settlement timeline is unclear, contact Flyoval Support or your Key Account Manager before confirming payment. Keeping gateway references makes any later investigation much faster.
This Payment Terms & Conditions page supplements Flyoval’s general Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. In case of conflict on wallet funding specifically, this page prevails for payment-desk transactions.
